We try to insure the quality of every candle we produce through
extensive testing of the wax, fragrance oil and wick.
Customer satisfaction is our main goal. Due to the hand-crafted
nature of our candles, no two candles will be alike.
If there is a quality issue or you have received the wrong
product, please contact us within 16 days of receiving your
order for a replacement or refund. The original, unburned
item must be returned in order to receive a refund or replacement.
